Booking
How to search for and book a stay
Search, pick dates and guests, send the request and pay once the host accepts. Everything lives under Trips.
How to book an experience
Pick a package, date and time, say how many are going and send the request. The guide accepts and then you pay.
How to buy tickets to an event
Pick the day, ticket type and quantity. The organizer confirms, you pay and your QR codes live under Trips.
How to hire a service
Plumber, chef, photographer, cleaning… Pick a date and time, send the request and pay once the professional accepts.
The Trips tab: your bookings, directions and documents
Upcoming, past and cancelled; the status of each request; the "Your arrival" card with address, WiFi and check-in; receipts and tickets.
Booking a table at a restaurant
Booking a table is free and the bill is paid at the venue. How it works, how to cancel and what a "no-show" is.
My bookings
The guest asked to change dates or guests: what do I do?
How you see a change request, how long you have to answer and what happens with the price if it goes up or down.
How do I chat with my guests (and what cannot be sent)?
One conversation per guest, quick replies with shortcuts, the response rate that counts for Superhost and why the app blocks phone numbers or outside payments.
Reviews: when they publish, how I reply and what to do with an unfair one
You and the guest review each other blind within 14 days. You can reply publicly once and report a review that does not belong.
Table reservations: how I confirm them, mark arrivals and handle a no-show
Every table requested through SivarGO is confirmed by you within 12 hours. No charge, no deposit: the bill is paid at your venue.
How do I scan tickets at the door of my event (and what about refunds)?
Each person brings their QR; you scan it with the camera, it works offline and every ticket enters once. Refunds follow the event policy.
Messaging the host: when and how to write
You can chat before and after booking. What you can share, what the chat blocks and what to do if they don't answer.
How to review your stay or experience
Enabled once the booking is completed. Stars, comment, private note and up to 5 photos. Published after 14 days or when both sides review.
Cancelling by mutual agreement
Guest and host agree on a credit amount and cancel together. It works even if the stay has already started.
Payments and refunds
Recommend a friend: $5 in credits for both of you
Invite by email. When your friend completes their first paid booking, you both receive $5 in SivarGO Credits.
What's included in the price you pay
Subtotal, service fee, VAT and, in some cases, tourism tax. Which parts come back if you cancel.
Saved cards, payment links and the $1,000 limit
How to pay without leaving the app, how long a payment link lasts and what to do if your booking is over $1,000.
When a refund can go to your bank account
Cancellations are refunded as SivarGO Credits. There are two cases where money can come back by bank transfer.
Coupons and deals
How to use a coupon when booking
Coupons apply on their own: no codes and nothing to save. What conditions they have and what happens if you cancel.
Coupons you redeem at the venue
Save the coupon, show your 6-digit code or QR at the venue and that is it. No booking needed.
How to create offers and coupons (and redeem them on site)
From "My offers" you create discounts that apply automatically at booking or are redeemed with a code at your venue. You fund the discount.
Group plans
How to create a group plan
A plan is born from a paid booking for 2 or more people. Invite your people, chat and let everyone pay their share.
Inviting people to a plan and paying your share
How others join the plan, how each person pays their share and what happens to that money until the plan happens.
Cancelling, deleting or leaving a plan
Only the owner cancels. What each member gets, what the owner gets, and when a plan can be deleted entirely.
Open plans: joining a group or opening yours
People who don't know each other share one booking and each pays their share. How to join and how to publish yours.
OlivIA

My listings
How do I manage my calendar and sync it with Airbnb or Booking?
Block dates, price specific days and connect your external calendars over iCal to avoid double bookings.
How do I add a co-host (collaborator) to my listing?
You invite someone you trust by email; they can manage the listing and bookings like you, but the money always lands in your account.
Listing photos: requirements, cover and what "Improve with AI" does
How many photos we ask for, how to pick the cover and reorder, and how OlivIA uses your photos and text to propose a title and description.
What you need to publish a listing
You can build your listing with nothing, but publishing requires verified identity, a tax profile and a first review by SivarGO.
How to create a stay listing
The stays wizard step by step: property type, spaces, photos, pricing, policies and publishing.
How to create an experience
Tours, classes, hikes, boat trips: how to build the listing, its packages and the safety details.
How to create a service listing (and what the directory is)
Photographers, chefs, guides, doctors, lawyers, vehicle rental: all are booked on SivarGO; in the directory the client pays you directly, with no SivarGO fee or IVA.
How to list your restaurant, bar or café
Profile, AI menu, table reservations, QR code and promotions. Being on the map is free; to sell through the app (reservations, menu, promos and coupons) you need the plan, with the first 30 days free.
How to create an event and sell tickets
Date, venue, entry mode, capacity, ticket packages, door scanning and what happens if you cancel.
Deactivate or delete a listing
Deactivating hides it and you can reactivate later; deleting is permanent and only possible if the listing never had a booking.
How to become a Superhost
Five requirements measured over your last 12 months. They are checked automatically; meet them all and the badge shows on your listings and you rank higher in search.
Payouts and bookkeeping
My payout hasn't arrived: what to check depending on the state of my money
Your money moves through four states (pending, available, in process, paid) and you request the payout yourself. Here is what to look at in each one.
What you earn per booking: commission, IVA and withholding
What is deducted from your subtotal (commission + IVA on the commission + income-tax withholding) and what is not. You always see it before accepting.
The IVA threshold: when you must register
If your SivarGO sales exceed $5,714.29 in 12 months, the law requires you to register for IVA. We warn you beforehand and explain what happens if you cross it.
Business plan
Directory membership: price, free trial and renewal
Directory listings (health, professionals, vehicles, home) are only visible with an active membership: $5.99 per month (VAT included), 30 days free at the start, no automatic charge.
Restaurant plan: what it includes and what is free
Free = being on the map. The plan = selling through the app: table reservations, menu, promos and coupons. The first 30 days are free; then from $10 + VAT a month. Never charged automatically.
Stories and reviews
Open plans: what they mean for me as a host and how to enable them
One switch per listing lets travellers build public groups around your place. You still approve every booking and receive the full amount.
Working with content creators: barter or commission per booking
Turn on "Accept influencers" on your listing and pick how to collaborate: a free visit in exchange for content, or a percentage only when the creator brings you bookings.
Favorites, shared lists and how to share a listing
Save what you like with the heart, build lists with friends to vote, and share any listing with a link.
Posting a moment after your visit
A moment is a photo or short video you leave on the listing you visited. It can only be posted with a verified visit.
Your SivarGO Passport: stamps, map and achievements
Every real visit paints a municipality on your map of El Salvador. How stamps are earned and when they are lost.
Stories on your listing: upload, delete and see who watched
Up to 3 active stories per listing, they last 48 hours, and only you see the stats. You also control your guests' moments.
Creators
How to become a creator (influencer) on SivarGO
Apply with your social accounts, wait for the team review and start requesting collaborations with hosts.
How you earn commissions as a creator
Your code attributes bookings to your collaboration; the commission is confirmed when the booking is completed.
How to withdraw your creator money
From your Creator Wallet you request a payout to your verified bank account; $50 minimum and a 3% service fee.
Taxes on your creator commissions
10% income-tax withholding if you are a natural person, plus 13% VAT on top if you are VAT-registered. How it shows in your wallet.
Collaborations with hosts and paid moments
How a collaboration starts, what gets agreed, and how to post up to 5 moments tagged with your code.
What happens to your commission if the booking is cancelled
Before completion the commission is cancelled; afterwards it is reversed and the lost part comes back as SivarGO Credits.
