How to use a coupon when booking

Coupons apply on their own: no codes and nothing to save. What conditions they have and what happens if you cancel.

There is no code to type

Where to see offers

  • In Explore, the "Offers" section shows active coupons near you.
  • On each listing page, the live coupon appears next to the price.
  • Under "My coupons" you keep the coupons you redeem at the venue (see related article).

Conditions a coupon may have

  • Dates and times — Checked against the service date (your check-in, your experience, your table), not the day you book. Days, hours and excluded dates are calculated in El Salvador time.
  • Minimums — Some require a minimum subtotal, number of people or nights.
  • Caps — They may have a total number of uses or a per-person limit.
  • The host's own listings only — A coupon never applies to someone else's listing.

How it is calculated

  • The discount comes off the subtotal, before the service fee and taxes, so those go down too.
  • Coupons don't stack: one per booking, the most convenient one.
  • The host funds the discount; nothing is charged separately.

If you cancel the booking, the coupon becomes available to you again (if still valid). If the host deactivates it after you booked, your discount stays.
