Coupons you redeem at the venue

Save the coupon, show your 6-digit code or QR at the venue and that is it. No booking needed.

What an "on-site" coupon is

How to redeem it

  • Open the offer and tap "Save". It appears under "My coupons" with a 6-digit code and a QR.
  • At the venue, show the code or the QR. Staff type it into their SivarGO app and the coupon is redeemed.
  • The discount is applied to the venue's bill, not to a SivarGO charge.

Validity

  • A saved coupon lasts up to 90 days, or less if the offer expires earlier.
  • Each coupon is redeemed once. If it has a usage cap that runs out before you arrive, the venue won't be able to apply it.
  • Day and time conditions follow El Salvador time.

Your identity must be verified on SivarGO for the redemption to count. If the venue can't find your code, check that the coupon is still under "My coupons" and hasn't expired.
