Verified identity
To book and to list you verify your identity with an ID document and a liveness check. The document is stored encrypted and the selfie is deleted after 90 days.
Protected payments
Payments go through Wompi (El Salvador). SivarGO never stores your card number. The host's money is released after the stay or service.
A chat with filters
The in-app chat blocks sending contact details until the booking is confirmed, so nobody can pull you off the platform early.
Report and block
You can report listings, reviews, stories, messages and profiles, and block anyone you don't want to see. We review every report.
Content moderation
Photos and text go through automated and human moderation. What breaks the rules doesn't get published.
Anti-scam protocol
We will never ask you to pay outside the app or by bank transfer. If someone does, report it from the chat.
Adults only
SivarGO is for people 18 and over. Minors' accounts are closed.
Your data
You can request a copy or delete your account from the app or from this site. The privacy policy says exactly what we keep and for how long.
