Risk activities: the notice you accept before booking

Surf, diving, boat trips, rappel, paragliding, volcanoes… What SivarGO requires from the guide and what you accept before requesting.

What counts as a risk activity

What SivarGO requires from the host

  • Accepting the risk experience terms before publishing.
  • Filling in a safety statement: equipment, conditions, requirements to take part.
  • For diving, rappel and paragliding, uploading the guide's certification.

What you accept

Before you go

  • Read the safety statement on the experience page: it lists the equipment included and what you must bring.
  • If you have a health condition or can't swim, tell the host by chat before booking.
  • If the weather or conditions aren't safe, the host can cancel and you get 100% back in SivarGO Credits.

If on site the guide doesn't deliver what they declared (no life jackets, no equipment, no certification), don't take part and report it from the booking.
