• If after completion there is a refund to the guest or a dispute resolved in their favor, the commission becomes "Reversed" (fully or only the portion that matches the refund).
• The part you lose, net of income-tax withholding, is returned to you as SivarGO Credits. They pay for your own bookings and cannot be withdrawn to a bank.
• You get the credit notification; the host gets the reversal notice.

If you had already withdrawn that money

To see the detail of a reversed booking open "Commissions" and filter "By collaboration": each row shows the status and the final amount.
