What the listing tells you
- At the top, pills summarize the duration, whether it is a "Shared group" or "Private", the maximum number of people ("Up to N"), languages and the cancellation policy.
- "Experience location": it can be a fixed location (you see the address or meeting point and a map), "I go to the client" or "I work in specific areas".
- Sections such as "What's included", "What to bring", "Not suitable for", "Safety and rules", "Itinerary" and "What you'll do" appear when the host filled them in.
- If it is a risk activity (surf, diving, boat, volcano…), the "Risk activity" card shows the physical level, minimum age, requirements and equipment.
- The "Ask OlivIA" button answers with that experience's real data.
Packages
- The price can be per person ("/person") or per group ("/group"): a per-group package costs the same for 2 or 6 people.
- Some packages have a minimum ("Minimum N"): the app won't let you continue until you add that many people.
- Tap a package and then "Book this package", or tap "Book" in the bottom bar and choose it in the first step.
Date, time and spots
- Under "Select date and time" pick the day on the calendar and then one of the "Available times".
- For shared experiences each slot shows how many places are left ("N of M places left", "Only N left!") or "Sold out".
- Choose adults and children. If you ask for more people than the free spots, the app adjusts the number and tells you.
Request and payment
- On "Request booking" review what and when, the price (with the service fee) and the payment.
- You need to be signed in with a verified identity.
- For a risk activity you first read and accept the risk notice ("I read the notice and meet the activity requirements").
- Send the request. Nothing is charged yet: "If the host accepts, you'll pay with Wompi in the app (you have 12 h). Until then the date is not reserved."
- Once they accept, tap "Pay now" under Trips. There is no instant booking for experiences.
After confirmation
- The booking under Trips shows date, time, duration, people, "Shared" or "Private", the package and the "Meeting point".
- The "Your arrival" card has the "Directions" button (Google Maps or Waze).
- Use "Contact host" → "Send message" to coordinate details by chat.
The final total depends on the package, the number of people and the date; you see the exact amount before sending the request and it does not change afterwards.
