How to create a group plan

What a plan is

Booking first, plan second

• The booking must be for 2 or more people; a solo booking can't become a plan.
• Each plan has one listing only. For another activity, create another plan.
• Plans can't be created with past dates.

Steps

• Book and pay as usual.
• Go to Plans in the menu and tap "New plan", or use "Turn into a plan" from the booking under Trips.
• Pick the booking, name the plan and confirm.
• Invite your people and share the plan code or link.

Roles and limits

• Owner — Whoever created the plan. The only one who can cancel it.
• Organizer — Can invite and manage members.
• Member — Takes part in the chat and pays their share.
• Maximum 20 people per plan, and never more than the booking's capacity.

You need a verified identity to create a plan. You can have several active plans at once.
