How to create a stay listing

Getting started

• Switch to Host mode with the selector at the top.
• Go to "Listings" and tap "Create listing".
• Choose Stay. The wizard saves every step; you can leave and come back any time.

Basics and location

• What type of property is it? — house, apartment, cabin, room, etc.
• Where is it? — search the address and adjust the pin on the map. The exact location is only shown to guests with a confirmed booking.
• Spaces and beds — how many guests, bedrooms, beds per room and bathrooms.

Photos and description

• Upload photos and tell the app which space each one shows (living room, kitchen, bedroom…). The first one is the cover.
• Amenities — tick what your place has (wifi, AC, pool, parking…).
• Tell us about your place — describe it in your own words; the AI proposes a title and description you can edit.

Pricing

• Nightly price and an optional cleaning fee.
• Extra-guest fee above a certain number of people.
• Price per day — raise or lower the price on specific dates (weekends, holidays).
• Before accepting each booking you see exactly what we deposit ("You will earn").

Policies and rules

Publish

You can edit any section later from "Listings" → your listing → "Edit". Price changes never affect bookings already confirmed.
