The five requirements (all at once)
- Overall rating ≥ 4.8 — average of guest reviews in the last 12 months.
- At least 10 stays completed in the last 12 months.
- Response rate ≥ 90% — requests and messages answered on time.
- Reviews returned ≥ 90% — you leave reviews for your guests.
- Cancellations ≤ 1% — of confirmed bookings, almost none cancelled by you.
Where to see your progress
- Go to "Menu" → "Host progress".
- Under "Superhost requirements" you see each criterion with your current value and the target.
- With few stays the score is unreliable; it gets more accurate as you complete bookings.
What you get
- The Superhost badge on your listings and profile.
- Priority visibility: your listings get a boost in search ranking.
- Guests can filter by "Superhost badge only".
