How to enable it
- Open your listing and tap "Influencer collaborations".
- Turn on "Accept influencers": while it is on, creators approved by SivarGO can ask to collaborate with this listing.
- Under "How do you want to collaborate?" pick one of the two modes and tap "Save" (nothing is saved before that).
Mode 1: "Content exchange" (barter)
- You offer a free stay, experience or meal in exchange for content about your place. Example: 1 night for 1 Reel, 3 stories and 10 edited photos. No money involved, no code and no commission.
- When you accept, the visit is arranged in the chat and recorded as a $0 booking in the creator's name; for stays it blocks the night on your calendar.
- Deliverables (Reels, stories, photos…) are agreed in the chat. There is no mandatory deadline, but the creator gets reminders every 7 days until they post.
- For restaurants this is the only mode.
Mode 2: "Commission per booking"
- You set "Your commission per booking" between 1% and 50% (10% suggested). It is calculated on what you earn from the booking, never on the guest's fee. Example: someone books $300 with the creator's link → you $270, the creator $30. No bookings, no cost.
- When you accept, the creator gets a code and a link (sivargo.com/r/…). The guest enters it under "Creator code" when requesting; the booking shows "Booked with creator code".
- The commission is deducted when the booking is completed; if it is refunded later, it is reversed. If the creator is IVA-registered, 13% is added on top of their commission.
- While a collaboration is active, the percentage is locked: it cannot change until you remove it.
- What you paid shows in the Wallet, in the influencer commissions card.
Creator requests
- From the collaborations screen tap "Manage influencers": tabs "Pending", "Active", "All". Each card shows followers, listing, mode and their pitch, with "View creator profile".
- "Accept" opens the "Collaboration agreement" you have to tick; "Decline" allows an optional reason and the creator may try again in 30 days.
- Requests expire after 7 days; we remind you 24 hours before.
- With "Find creators and invite" you can also propose the collaboration yourself.
During and after
- An active collaboration can be "Paused", "Resumed" or "Removed". Removing it stops attribution of new bookings and releases the pending visit; commissions already earned are untouched.
- When the creator uploads their post you get a notice: review it and tap "Validate post".
- If the creator posts a moment on your listing that does not represent you, you can hide it from the moment.
If you turn off "Accept influencers", every active collaboration on that listing is paused. The content the creator posts on their networks is theirs: agree in the chat where and for how long it stays up.
