Deactivate or delete a listing

Deactivate (pause)

• Go to "Listings" → your listing → "Edit" and scroll to "Deactivate listing".
• The listing stops showing in search and nobody can book it. Everything else (photos, reviews, history) is kept.
• Reactivate it any time from the same place.

With active bookings it cannot be deactivated

Delete

• You can only delete a listing that never had a booking (paid, cancelled or pending).
• If the listing has any history, the option is not available: use Deactivate. The history is part of your tax records and your guests' records.
• Deleting is permanent: photos, stories and offers of the listing are removed.

Listing suspended by SivarGO

Deleting your account is different: it is done in "Menu" → "Settings" → "Delete account" and also requires no active bookings.
