Taxes on your creator commissions

10% income-tax withholding if you are a natural person, plus 13% VAT on top if you are VAT-registered. How it shows in your wallet.

You are a taxpayer just like the host

10% income-tax withholding

  • If you are a natural person, 10% of each commission is withheld (Art. 156 of the Tax Code) and paid to the tax authority in your name.
  • If you have not declared a tax profile, you are treated as a natural person and the withholding applies.
  • If you are a company ("company" profile with a NIT), there is no withholding.
  • The withholding is an advance on your own income tax: see it under "Withholdings in your name" and use it for your annual return.

13% VAT if you are registered

  • If you are VAT-registered (or a company), 13% is added on top of the agreed commission.
  • That VAT is paid by the host, credited to you, and you declare it. It is not SivarGO income.
  • The commission plus its VAT can never exceed the subtotal the host receives for that booking; if it would, the commission is adjusted down.

How your net is calculated

Tax profile and documents

  • Declare your profile under Tax profile → "Declare tax profile" (natural person or company, VAT registration, NIT/NRC).
  • Tax documents are issued when each booking is completed, not when it is paid. Find them under "Tax documents".

If you change your tax profile, it applies to commissions completed after the change; already completed ones are not recalculated.
