How to create a service listing (and what the directory is)

Two kinds of service

• Bookable — the client books and pays through SivarGO (photography, catering, transport, classes, cleaning, etc.). It works with packages, a cancellation policy and requests like any listing.
• Directory — health, professionals (lawyers, accountants…), vehicle and boat rental, and home services with a quote. It is booked like any service: the client picks a package, date and time and sends you a request; if you accept, it is scheduled and that time is blocked on your calendar. The difference is payment: the client pays you directly, outside SivarGO, and SivarGO charges no fee or IVA on those bookings. Clients can also message you.

Wizard steps

• Category — first you pick which service you offer (closed list); that decides whether it is bookable or directory.
• Title and description — or tell the AI about your service and it proposes the text.
• What does your service offer? — offerings and occasions (weddings, corporate events…).
• Where is it offered? — at your place, at the client's, or within an area.
• Portfolio — photos of past work (optional, but it helps a lot).
• Client requirements — what you need from whoever hires you.

If bookable: packages and cancellation

• Define packages with a price and duration.
• Choose the cancellation policy. Services also have a custom one: you set the days of notice (0 to 365) and the refund percentage (0 to 100%).

If directory: license, packages and membership

• You accept the directory terms: you provide the service under your own responsibility and SivarGO connects you with clients (directory, bookings and chat); it does not charge, guarantee or intervene in the payment.
• You upload your professional license or registration ("Document photo"). The team reviews it before approving the listing. If it has an expiry date, enter it: we remind you beforehand and, once expired, the listing is hidden until you upload the renewal.
• You build your packages like any service: price (required: it is what the client sees and pays you directly), duration, days and hours, and "People per booking" (how many can come in one booking). Without packages the listing only receives messages.
• There is no cancellation policy: cancelling is free for you and the client, since there is no charge or refund.
• To appear in the directory you need a monthly membership ($5.99, VAT included). A free 30-day trial starts automatically when the listing is approved.

Publish

Car, motorcycle, bus and bareboat rental is directory (booked in the app, paid directly to you). Boat trips with a captain are published as an experience.
