What OlivIA is and how to use it

How to open it

Tap the center orb in the bottom bar (between Trips and Messages). The chat opens: "Hi, I'm OlivIA".
On any listing, the floating "Ask OlivIA" button opens a chat about that place only ("Rules, amenities, location, what's nearby. I answer with the stay's real data").
You don't need an account to ask. Signed in, it can also see your bookings and save favorites.
You can type, dictate with the microphone or send a photo. Talk naturally: your vibe, budget or dates.

Search stays, experiences, restaurants, services and events. It answers with cards; tap one to open the listing.
Build an itinerary: when an answer mixes several categories, or you ask for a plan, "Build itinerary" appears: a day-by-day plan with times and an estimated budget. Adjust it by typing ("Cheaper", "+ Dinner", "More relaxed") and share it with "Share".
Prices: every card shows the price ("From", per night or per person) and the itinerary an estimated total. The exact total of a booking is always shown when you book.
Photo: tap the camera and choose "What is this?" (identifies a dish, a place or a craft) or "I want something like this" (finds places with that style). "The photo is only used to identify. It is not stored anywhere."
Map: if results have a location a mini map appears; with "See the full map" you get numbered pins, the distance to your destination, "Directions" and "Save to favorites".
Open plans and packages: it shows groups from other travelers you can ask to join and an experience's packages so you go straight to booking them.
Alerts: when a listing you care about drops in price, becomes available or new listings appear, the notice arrives as a notification ("Price dropped", "Now available", "New listings").

It never books or charges for you. It always takes you to the listing or the booking screen; you send the request and pay yourself, under the usual rules.
It does not use your phone's GPS in the chat: if you want "near me", tell it where you are. Location is only requested on the full map ("My location").
It does not keep history between sessions: when you close the app, the chat starts empty. The refresh icon at the top asks "Start over?" and clears the current conversation.

"Easy! You're typing too fast" — wait a few seconds and try again.
"The server is a bit busy" or "couldn't connect" — OlivIA retries twice on its own ("OlivIA is still thinking…") and then leaves you a "Retry" button.
If a search doesn't work, the app offers "Open in search" to run the same query in the regular search.

OlivIA answers in the app language (Spanish or English). If you clearly write in another language, it tries to follow you.
