Getting started
- In Host mode, go to "Listings" → "Create listing" → Food & drink.
- What kind of place is it? — restaurant, bar, café, food truck…
- Location — search the address and confirm the pin.
- Photos — of the place and the dishes. The first one is the cover.
The menu
Hours and cuisine
- Which days are you open? and opening hours.
- Service periods (optional) — breakfast, lunch, dinner, happy hour.
- What type of cuisine? — so people find you by filter.
- Tell the AI about your place and it proposes a description.
Tables: in-app reservations
Promotions and QR code
- Promotions — upload the flyer of each promo (2x1, combos, happy hour). They show on your profile and OlivIA suggests them when someone asks.
- QR code — download it from your listing and place it on the tables: guests scan it and see your digital menu.
- For discounts that apply automatically at booking or are redeemed on site, use "My offers" (see "How to create offers and coupons").
Publish
Your profile on the map is always free. The digital menu on your profile and QR, table reservations, promos and coupons are part of the plan (from $10 + VAT a month): the first 30 days are free and start on their own when your venue is approved. Never charged automatically; without a plan those features are paused (see "Restaurant plan").
